Saba, a special municipality of the Netherlands, is a tiny island that offers a unique Caribbean experience to visitors. Despite its small size, Saba hosts several events throughout the year that showcase its rich culture and heritage.

One of the biggest events on Saba is the annual summer Carnival held in The Bottom, the island’s capital. This multi-day celebration includes parades, live music, dancing, and traditional food and drinks.

Another major event on Saba is the Saba Day celebration held on December 2nd to commemorate the island’s status as a special municipality of the Netherlands. The festivities include a parade, cultural shows, sports competitions, and lots of delicious food.

Apart from these two major events, Saba hosts several other smaller events throughout the year, such as the Sea to Scenery race, the Queen’s birthday celebration, and the Saba Summer Festival. Visitors can also enjoy other activities such as hiking, diving, and exploring the island’s unique flora and fauna.
